Responsibilities
At ENSCO, I am thrilled to offer a position for an Engineer (Level 4). This role is dedicated to providing mid-level security engineering support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) NAS Enterprise Services Group (AJW-17). I will require the successful candidate to perform intricate engineering tasks to develop, integrate, and maintain systems and networks that bolster FAA communications and protect the operational integrity of the National Airspace System (NAS). The chosen individual will conduct requirements analysis, assist with system design, and engage in integration activities throughout the system development lifecycle. Tasks will include participating in performance assessments, preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, and ensuring alignment with FAA standards and cybersecurity policies. Furthermore, this role will involve assisting in the implementation of configuration management processes, supporting system testing and evaluation, and offering technical input during technical interchange meetings. Additional duties also include collaborating with senior engineers to resolve technical challenges, contributing to the development of transition and implementation plans for new or upgraded systems, and working alongside cross-functional teams to incorporate innovative technologies into NAS operations.
