Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with 5–7 years of experience in 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 services, along with strong knowledge of on-premise core server roles. Proficiency in scripting or system automation tools, such as PowerShell, is essential. A solid understanding of security best practices is required, and familiarity with VMware, Veeam Backup & Replication, HPE server hardware, and Fibre Channel SAN storage is highly desirable. Additionally, we prefer candidates with working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN, VoIP, routing, and switching. Exposure to ISO27001 and ITIL frameworks will be an advantage. Experience using a Helpdesk or ticketing system, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is necessary. We value self-starters who can work independently and collaboratively. You must also be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and should be willing to travel domestically and internationally to support our other locations. Please note that occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or project deployment.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide technical support and lead project delivery for our extensive global infrastructure, ensuring the highest availability and reliability of servers, storage, and virtualization environments through proactive system monitoring. You will also support and maintain Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and more, while performing regular health checks on these systems, focusing on security, availability, and performance. Your role will include managing MDM for end-user devices—such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices—to ensure compliance with security standards. Moreover, you will leverage technologies like AutoPilot to optimize user onboarding processes and administer on-premise server roles while participating in data center infrastructure support. Staying current with Microsoft Azure and M365 updates, roadmaps, and best practices will be vital, as will implementing improvements to processes and procedures to enhance our overall service delivery.
