Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electronics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting a varied IT environment
- Extensive knowledge and practical skills in troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems
- Strong familiarity with Jamf Pro, Intune, or comparable MDM systems
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and fundamental networking principles, including VPN support
- Preference for candidates experienced with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Engage with users by employing excellent communication skills and solid technical expertise
- Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding processes, offering technical guidance for advanced tech improvements in alignment with organizational goals
- Deliver exceptional and empathetic IT customer service, acting as the main IT representative to minimize productivity disruptions across all levels of the organization
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot device policies for macOS, Windows, and basic Linux using enterprise MDM solutions like Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
- Oversee global IT asset logistics and deployment for a hybrid workforce, coordinating efficiently with international carriers and third-party providers for timely delivery
- Facilitate prompt issue resolution and boost overall IT support efficiency by using the ticketing system, developing knowledge base articles, and integrating AI tools for swift diagnosis and problem-solving
- Exhibit rapid adaptability and critical thinking to consistently achieve success in a fast-paced, technologically diverse setting
- Act as a strong advocate for users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate user concerns and foster lasting, improved solutions for the user community
- Maintain a growth mindset, displaying curiosity to train, learn, and develop into various roles across different technologies
