Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience with macOS in a professional setting
- Over 3 years of experience with Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Service Now
- Knowledge of Mac and iPhone troubleshooting techniques
- Experience handling inventory and managing assets
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software for end-users
- Understanding of Okta Verify, Duo, and VPN configurations
- Ability to deploy and manage software and hardware solutions
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with imaging and provisioning laptops and workstations
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face Tier 1 support for end-users
- Assist users in resolving IT-related issues and escalate problems when necessary
- Perform troubleshooting for Apple OS X, Windows OS, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android devices
- Wipe and configure MacBooks as needed
- Manage the deployment and collection of monitors and accessories
- Conduct weekly workstation sweeps to ensure monitors and peripherals are operational
- Oversee the upgrade or repair of damaged devices
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Interface with users to resolve software-related queries
- Manage printer maintenance and preventive care
