Requirements
Must:
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to operate/access equipment while walking or standing for the entire duration of the shift.
- Awareness of hazards such as slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, sometimes exceeding eight hours, based on operational needs.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Maintain an upbeat attitude and enjoy the work environment consistently.
- Aim to surpass customer expectations in service.
- Follow recipes and preparation instructions precisely.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, building respectful relationships with management and coworkers.
- Represent Jack in the Box as a brand ambassador.
- Monitor the quality of products and take necessary steps to uphold it.
- Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Sanitize utensils, equipment, walls, and floors as required.
- Ensure personal appearance aligns with company standards and maintain professionalism consistently.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to guarantee a safe atmosphere for all.
