Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of recent, practical experience in instructional design and training development
- Proficiency in OCM Learning Content, WalkMe, Enable Now, and SAP ERP
- Experience in at least 2 of the following modules: Retail/RIS, MM/IM/EWM, OTB, P2P, OTC, SD, SCM, FICO, ARIBA, POS, CAR within DoD enterprise software/systems
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field or a related discipline
- SAFe Agile certification
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Analyze learning requirements and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Implement instructional design principles to create impactful training programs
- Prepare and develop comprehensive training catalogs
- Design and produce instructor and student learning materials and courses
- Conduct formal classroom training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make revisions based on user feedback and performance data
