Requirements
Must:
- 1 year of experience in physical security programming, with interaction among general contractors, property managers, and client stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of independent work experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to complete projects safely and on schedule for a minimum of 1 year.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- 1 year experience in installation processes and materials for Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Video Management Systems.
- 1 year experience in creating technical documentation such as design documents and reference libraries.
- Preferred certifications include:
- Identiv
- Lenel
- Bosch BVMS
- Bosch IDS
- DMP
- Aiphone
- CSEIP
- CSCIP
Responsibilities
- Provide support for physical security systems to meet established service level agreements.
- Assess the performance of physical security systems and suggest enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to physical security systems and networks.
- Maintain communication with clients, manufacturers, vendors, and technical experts.
- Educate system users and other personnel involved in system support.
- Oversee desktop hardware and operating system setup, including software installation and configuration.
- Train staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and ways to prevent system failures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers on security design and integration tasks, utilizing our processes to manage resources, budget, timelines, and quality effectively.
- Offer technical assistance to field technicians and operational staff as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Travel to client locations as required.
