Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, particularly with M365 and Power Platform in large enterprises or federal environments.
- Proficient in .NET development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Expertise in Power Platform development and PowerShell scripting.
- In-depth experience with SharePoint Online administration and customization.
- Familiarity with Dataverse modeling and troubleshooting M365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement applications utilizing Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Write, maintain, and improve .NET code (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework) and PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
- Customize SharePoint Online lists and create model-driven PowerApps solutions.
- Monitor the performance of Dataverse, optimize data models, and resolve application-level issues.
- Work collaboratively with IRS subject matter experts and project teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with all regulations.
- Offer technical assistance and resolve incidents (P1-P4) for Power Platform tools.
- Engage in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and promote ongoing process enhancement.
