Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience providing technical support for end-users and infrastructure
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and organization
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues independently while adhering to procedures
- Experience with monitoring nightly batch schedules and basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network hardware and software
- Knowledge of network and security administrative processes such as password management
- Preferred: Experience with voice-directed picking systems
- Preferred: Background in food distribution or logistics
- Preferred: Experience working in or supporting systems for a unionized workforce
- Preferred: Experience with multi-site warehouse operations
- Preferred: Experience with ERP and similar software solutions
- Preferred: Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System
Responsibilities
- Provide everyday technical support for end users, including issues related to hardware, software, and system access
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and various applications
- Assist staff in office, manufacturing, and warehouse settings
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate IT teams
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Aid in employee onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up new equipment
- Monitor network connectivity, collaborating with providers to address outages
- Oversee nightly batch schedules and perform basic troubleshooting if issues arise
- Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as assigned
