Requirements
Must:
As a potential candidate, we prefer you to have a CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification (or equivalent), with strong experience in Managed Service Providers (MSP) being a significant advantage. You should possess a solid understanding of networks, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, macOS, and have Desktop/Laptop support experience. Additionally, we value strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You should have the technical aptitude to provide service effectively, utilize a ticketing system for documentation, and be able to work 40 or more hours a week. A reliable and insured mode of transportation with a clean driving record is also required.
Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Support Specialist II, you will be the cornerstone of our service at E & E Tech as the first line of support for our customers. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks and respond promptly to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company, whether in person or over the phone, will be an essential part of your job. You will also be responsible for setting up accounts for new users, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, testing new technology, and assisting Level I technicians.
