- Stellar customer service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Experience with desktop computers, basic networking, and help desk support
- At least 1 year of experience in technical maintenance and troubleshooting across cloud, servers, backups, networks, SaaS, line-of-business applications, and desktops
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation is a plus
- Relevant IT certifications or a diploma/degree in IT
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies like Entra ID, MFA, and Azure services
- Exposure to Windows Server 2016β2025 and basic Active Directory
- General understanding of networking, including VPN, DHCP, and DNS
