Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, including advanced troubleshooting. - Proven experience working in multi-tenant MSP environments. - Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities with a track record of resolving complex issues. - Familiarity with desktop, server, cloud, and network troubleshooting. - Knowledge of ticketing systems, RMM tools, documentation standards, and SLA-driven workflows. Technical Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. - Experience with Teams Phone Systems and call routing. - In-depth understanding of Microsoft Cloud Technologies such as Entra ID (P1/P2, Conditional Access, MFA) and Microsoft Defender suite. - Hands-on experience with Azure VMs, AVD, Azure Backup, and Site Recovery. - Strong experience supporting Windows Server 2016–2025 environments and Active Directory administration. - Solid understanding of VPN, DHCP, DNS, and experience configuring firewalls and switches. ###

We are seeking a full-time Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist (Systems Specialist) based in Vancouver, BC. This role offers the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week after a successful 3-month probation. Compensation: Our salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, and we offer an array of benefits such as casual dress, company events, dental care, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, RRSP matching, and vision care.
