Responsibilities

- Aid in the implementation and configuration of new systems, including CRMs and internal platforms
- Create and manage user accounts and credentials for email, CRM, and phone systems
- Install, set up, and maintain IT equipment like security cameras, access points, and speakers
- Provision and prepare work phones to ensure users are equipped from day one
- Monitor and address network performance to ensure smooth operations
- Develop clear documentation and provide user training to enhance technology accessibility
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine IT processes and seek improved technology solutions
