Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or service delivery
- Experience in vendor coordination and service management is preferred
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to handle several projects in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving orientation with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual who can operate independently and collaboratively across teams
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects across various teams and functional areas
- Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and guarantee timely completion of projects
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with IT teams and business partners
- Plan and implement technology rollouts across departments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure effective technology adoption
- Facilitate training, documentation, and support during rollouts
- Oversee IT setup for job sites, encompassing internet, hardware, and related services
- Align setup and teardown timelines with project schedules
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and ongoing support
- Ensure all services (internet, telecom, subscriptions, etc.) are correctly terminated at job closure
- Work with vendors to avoid unnecessary or continuing charges
- Keep track of active services and closures
Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and support technology initiatives throughout our organization. This role will act as a shared resource across all IT teams, managing projects related to infrastructure, applications, and support activities. In addition to delivering core IT projects, the successful candidate will spearhead technology rollouts for different business units and coordinate IT logistics for job site setups and closures.
