Requirements

Must:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable. - Over 2 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications, system administration, or business systems. - Proficient in managing SharePoint environments, including permissions and site administration. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and environments. - Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with minimal oversight. - Preferred: Hands-on experience with SmartBarrel, QuoteToMe, Field Materials, Vista, or Dynamics 365 Sales, or similar enterprise applications. - Preferred: Experience in constructing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate flows, or Power Pages. - Preferred: Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell). - Preferred: Experience in supporting field operations or distributed user teams.

Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing support for DSI applications, including background check systems, truck log systems, separation applications, and PTO calendars. - Diagnose and rectify application issues, escalating to internal teams or vendors when necessary. - Configure system settings, ensure data accuracy, and sustain application reliability. - Monitor application performance and proactively seek improvement opportunities. - Assist with application updates, enhancements, testing cycles, and deployments. - Act as the SharePoint Owner for DSI, overseeing governance, structure, and strategic planning. - Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content architecture. - Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages to streamline operations. - Collaborate with content owners to ensure sites are intuitive, compliant, secure, and aligned with DSI standards. - Uphold workflow automations and ensure compliance with governance and security policies. - Serve as the primary contact for application-related queries and user support requests. - Create and maintain documentation such as support procedures, FAQs, and knowledge articles. - Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance adoption and overall system effectiveness. - Communicate updates, enhancements, and best practices throughout the organization. - Collaborate with business units to identify operational needs and propose system enhancements or new technology solutions. - Engage in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment processes. - Support integration between DSI applications and systems like Vista or Dynamics 365. - Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance user experiences.
