Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or MSP settings
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding client service
- Knowledge of Windows environments, networking basics, and significant cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.)
- Industry-related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous
- Eagerness to advance within a dynamic, team-focused technology firm
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote assistance to our clients, addressing issues involving computers, servers, networks, and cloud services
- Troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint security
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary
- Record solutions effectively in our support systems and keep clients updated throughout the process
- Occasionally participate in projects or onsite visits to support implementation tasks
