- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to users via help desk tickets, phone, and email, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution
- Log, monitor, and update calls and resolutions in our MAGIC ticketing system
- Attend team meetings with the support staff as necessary
- Respond promptly and courteously to store inquiries regarding POS systems
- Participate in Help Desk rotation, available off-hours to resolve store issues
- Provide support by understanding user systems and procedures to enhance problem resolution and reduce service interruptions
- Liaise with vendors for the installation, maintenance, and repair of POS equipment, ensuring follow-up with stores
- Set up software and test POS equipment before distribution to new and existing locations
- Monitor helpdesk voicemail as needed
- Be adaptable in covering for colleagues during absences, including holidays and weekends, with necessary approvals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
