- 5+ years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture: Capable of both strategic thinking and grounded execution to support technology delivery.
- 5+ years of data and integration experience: Proven experience in constructing data-based systems with knowledge of various implementations and their tradeoffs.
- 5+ years of experience with corporate systems in quick-service restaurants or retail: Understanding of how technology empowers our business and the ability to unite cross-functional teams.
- Communication Superstar: The ability to clarify complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A Get It Done Attitude: A self-starter with a robust work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory, while a masters degree is a bonus, albeit optional.

Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Vision: My goal is to develop and advocate the strategic plan for utilizing AI to drive business transformation and create a competitive edge.
- Architecture & Governance: I will design scalable AI architectures and establish clear governance for secure, reliable, and cohesive solutions across the enterprise.
- Execution & Value Realization: Overseeing AI projects aimed at solving critical business issues and delivering measurable ROI via successful user adoption will be my focus. I will provide hands-on oversight of AI solution design, infrastructure, and deployment through standardized coding best practices.
- I will drive the delivery of AI products directly linked to actionable business decisions, working from proof-of-concept to full productization including data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, performance evaluation, and ongoing enhancement.
- Collaboration will be key, particularly for in-person meetings and brainstorming sessions.

The role is located in Tempe, Arizona, where I expect team members to be present in the office four days a week (Monday through Thursday), with Fridays offering optional remote work. Relocation assistance is available for candidates already in the U.S. but outside the Greater Phoenix Area.
