- AI-Driven Innovator: I seek someone who not only comprehends advanced AI concepts but can guide initiatives that weave these technologies into core systems for meaningful business transformation.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in applied AI & ML, demonstrating a proven ability to use AI, predictive analytics, and automation to tackle real-world business challenges. At least 8 years of software development experience, with a solid understanding of maintaining complex systems.
- Architecture: 5 years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture, combining strategic vision with a practical understanding of technology delivery.
- Data & Integration: 5 years of experience with various implementation methods and integration approaches.
- Industry Knowledge: 5 years of corporate systems experience in the quick service restaurant or retail sector, with an understanding of how technology empowers our business and facilitates collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter Attitude: A strong work ethic with a passion for achieving results.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Vision: I intend to develop and promote the strategic roadmap for leveraging AI to drive business transformation and establish a competitive edge.
- Architecture & Governance: I will design scalable AI architectures and set governance standards, ensuring all solutions are secure, reliable, and seamlessly integrated.
- Execution & Value Realization: I will oversee AI projects to address critical business problems and deliver measurable ROI through effective user adoption, directing AI solution design, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Timely Delivery: I will ensure that AI products are delivered promptly and are linked directly to actionable business decisions, facilitating proof-of-concept through full product realization, including model training and monitoring for improvements.

The starting salary for this position is $142,243.41, which may increase based on experience.
