Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, computer science, or data science preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within fields like data analysis, data engineering, finance, operations, or business intelligence.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization techniques required.
- Significant experience with analytical tools, particularly Power BI preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to explore and construct complex datasets and data models for actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented, adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks and think critically.
- Expertise in ETL development, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data visualization, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, sustain, and present detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses focusing on essential business metrics and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate, refine, and evaluate functioning and technical design specifications to meet project requirements.
- Guarantee consistent and reliable access to both internal and external customer data needs.
- Act as a vital support member for stakeholders, ensuring their data and reporting requirements are fulfilled while providing insights for informed business decisions.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of data consumption tools throughout the organization, ensuring user engagement and effective tool utilization.
- Keep up-to-date with analytical best practices and emerging trends to continuously refine strategies and approaches.
- Facilitate analytics education and knowledge-sharing sessions to boost overall technical proficiency in data consumption tools and analytical techniques.
