Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline (business, finance, economics, computer science, data science, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within fields such as data analysis, data engineering, finance, operations, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in complex formulas, data visualization, and Power Query/Get & Transform Data.
- Significant experience with analytical tools is required, with a preference for Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in exploring and constructing intricate datasets and data models for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities for conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and adaptable approach.
- Proficient in ETL development, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data visualization, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and disseminate detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses on crucial business metrics and challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish, revise, and review functional and technical design specifications and solutions to meet project criteria.
- Guarantee consistent, reliable, and streamlined access to both internal and external customer data requirements.
- Act as a key support member for stakeholders, addressing their data and reporting needs while providing insights for informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of data consumption solutions across the organization, ensuring user engagement and effective tool utilization.
- Stay updated on analytical best practices and emerging trends to continuously refine strategies and methods.
- Lead analytics education and knowledge-sharing initiatives to boost overall technical proficiency in data consumption tools and analysis techniques.
