Must:

- 8 years of software development experience: You are well-acquainted with coding and comprehend the complexities of building and maintaining intricate systems.
- 5 years of experience in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture: You possess the strategic vision and big-picture thinking necessary while being grounded in the actual work required for technology delivery.
- 5 years of data and integration experience: You have aided in constructing data-driven systems and are knowledgeable about various implementation strategies.
- 5 years of corporate systems experience in quick-service restaurants or retail: You grasp how technology facilitates our business and can integrate cross-functional teams.
- Communication Superstar: You have the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A Get It Done Attitude: You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A masters degree is advantageous, though not essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, we will require you to:
- Develop and promote the strategic roadmap for leveraging AI to drive business transformation and secure a competitive edge.
- Design scalable AI architectures and establish governance to guarantee that all solutions are secure, dependable, and integrated throughout the enterprise.
- Oversee the execution of AI projects to tackle essential business issues and deliver measurable ROI through successful user adoption.
- Directly manage AI solution design, infrastructure, and deployment while adhering to standardized coding best practices.
- Be heavily experienced and passionate about applied AI, comfortable handling end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, and able to prioritize collaborative work.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI products that link directly to actionable business decisions.
- Work from proof-of-concept to full productization, engaging in aspects such as data ingestion, model training, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement iterations.
- Collaborate in person with team members for spontaneous meetings.

The starting salary for this position is $142,243.41, with the potential for increase based on experience.
