Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, computer science, or data science preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role in related fields such as data analysis, data engineering, finance, operations, or business intelligence.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data visualization, and Power Query/Get & Transform Data.
- Significant experience with analytical tools is required; familiarity with Power BI is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, and R is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong background in exploring and constructing complex datasets and data models to generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, adaptability, ability to multitask, and critical thinking skills.
- Skills in ETL development, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data visualization, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Construct, maintain, and present detailed reports, dashboards, and analyses on key business metrics and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create, update, and assess functional and technical design specifications and solutions to meet project requirements.
- Ensure reliable and consistent access to internal and external data to meet customer needs.
- Act as a primary support member for stakeholders, ensuring their data and reporting requirements are fulfilled while providing insights for informed business decisions.
- Identify and implement strategies to promote the use of data consumption solutions throughout the organization, ensuring users remain engaged and effectively utilize the tools.
- Stay updated on analytical best practices and emerging trends to enhance strategies and methodologies continuously.
- Contribute to the promotion of analytics education and knowledge-sharing initiatives to boost technical skills in data consumption tools and analysis techniques.
