Requirements
Must:
- Strong passion for mathematics and a good grasp of mathematical principles
- Significant experience in product management with a successful history
- Commitment to enhancing the world through technology and education
- Proficiency in applying user insights, data, and statistical analysis to guide decisions
- An instinct for developing clear and user-friendly experiences
- Proven ability to be inventive, resourceful, and inquisitive
- Experience in leading projects and teams
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a relevant field
Exceptional candidates will have:
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Extensive experience with rapidly growing, consumer-facing applications that demonstrate strong in-app purchases (IAP) and/or subscription growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead product features through the complete creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Define the product vision and strategy for your area and foster alignment with product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to explore and confirm feature concepts
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure an enjoyable and engaging user experience
- Work alongside engineers to guide the development of features
- Analyze experiments on features and identify opportunities for improvement
- Set and achieve key performance indicators that align with company objectives
