Requirements
Must:
- Advanced education (e.g., Bachelors degree) or equivalent experience (e.g., 4 years in related work)
- Must be a US Person
- At least 1 year of experience in IT (helpdesk/service desk/MSP)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred)
- MS-900 / AZ-900 certifications (preferred)
- Familiarity with patch and vulnerability management
- Proficiency in Microsoft AutoPilot (preferred)
- Intermediate understanding of Backup Solutions
- Basic comprehension of core network components
- Strong audio/visual (A/V) troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate initiative and effective time management
- Efficiently handle ticket queues and offer support to on-site personnel
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016 and later versions
- Support and manage desktop operating systems and applications
- Manage email administration tasks including user management and account configuration
- Troubleshoot login, profile, and permission issues
- Triaging system alerts for monitoring and networking environments
- Basic virtualization administration, including rebooting virtual machines
- Maintain standards and documentation as technology evolves
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows and Mobile OS-related hardware and software
- Provide support for Remote Desktop Services and VPN connections
- Diagnose issues with Office 365 products using GUI and PowerShell
- Support and troubleshoot A/V equipment and systems
