Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Proven experience with Linux systems administration
- Strong background in applications, network, storage, and security
- Expertise in Linux automation tools for provisioning and configuration management
- Familiarity with security best practices and remediation techniques
- Experience in providing advanced technical support in a server environment
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with applications, network, storage, and security engineers to enhance technical operations
- Maintain and troubleshoot the clients Linux environment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide high-level Linux support for various server applications
- Develop and improve automation processes for provisioning and configuration management
- Implement security measures and address vulnerabilities as they arise
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
