Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience in systems or network engineering
- Proficient in healthcare systems
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- U.S. Citizen eligible for an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance through a Tier 3 investigation
- Understanding of LAN/WAN/Internet networking principles
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and networking concepts
- Practical experience troubleshooting connections on Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Understanding of DNS records, IP addressing, and NAT
- Familiarity with basic networking commands in both Linux and Windows
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in managing and monitoring information systems operations
- Oversee the compilation of records and reports related to network operations and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve network performance issues
- Analyze network traffic and recommend capacity planning strategies
- Monitor and address complex hardware and software problems in technical control facilities
- Collaborate with vendor support teams to facilitate appropriate actions during outages or performance degradation
- Design and configure system-level products, including hardware and OS specifications
