Must:

Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide developers on various projects while leveraging your extensive development experience
- Design, develop, and test logical structures to fulfill program specifications
- Write and maintain programs and Web Site pages in accordance with outlined specifications
- Build, deploy, and sustain applications and software systems to meet market or client needs
- Collaborate with clients and product owners to design and implement full stack applications using .Net technologies
- Assist in the maintenance and operations of a suite of HR applications, ensuring a strong understanding of user interface logic
- Support backend logic and server-side processes utilizing C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and VB.Net frameworks
- Conduct Microsoft SQL Server querying and scripting as part of software development
- Develop required specifications for complex programming tasks
- Test, debug, and refine software to ensure it meets product requirements
- Perform systems testing and address any complex issues identified
- Create unit tests and work with Testing/Information Assurance teams to resolve program and security feedback
- Mentor less-experienced team members
- Produce necessary documentation, including flow charts and software program specifications
