Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Over 5 years of experience with M365 and Power Platform product administration, development, and maintenance
- Over 5 years of experience in general software application administration, development, and maintenance
- Proven expertise in SharePoint Online solutions
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 Power Platform development including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Proficient in data modeling, database/Dataverse design, web design, and UX design
- Ability to work independently, in teams, and with clients/customers
- Strong leadership skills in migrating to M365 tenants and solving complex problems collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies with JIRA
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket management
- Co-authoring in Power Automate
- Experience as a Business Analyst with ShareGate
- Skills in SQL Stored Procedures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx, and PowerShell
- Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps and hands-on experience with M365 Power Applications and Power Automate
- Knowledge of 508 Compliance and UX design

Responsibilities
- Independently maintain, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions and applications
- Serve as a senior-level problem-solver for complex, business-critical Power Platform and M365 solutions
- Analyze legacy/custom code, canvas/model-driven apps, complex flows, plugins, and integrations for effective fixes
- Create and maintain M365 and Power Platform applications and solutions (Canvas and model-driven)
- Provide senior-level expertise in Power Platform administration and SharePoint Online administration
- Modernize applications from older technologies to new platforms based on requirements
- Conduct requirements analysis and produce detailed technical documentation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with existing applications
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and customers via video, phone, and in-person
- Capture accurate and concise technical documentation
