Requirements
Must:

- 3–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or technical support roles
- Familiarity with SaaS or software platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee CPMS dashboards for system health, operational uptime, and charger connectivity
- Document and track platform incidents, concerns, and escalations
- Facilitate resolution processes across Engineering, O&M, and Customer Support teams
- Assist in coordinating releases and oversee deployment tracking
- Keep issue logs, escalation records, and operational documentation updated
- Aid in the monitoring of KPIs such as uptime and session success rates
- Support the readiness for customer onboarding
- Ensure effective communication during incidents across various teams
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other operational documentation
Description
At Dunamis Charge, we are looking for a CPMS Operations Coordinator to help us oversee the ChargePoint Management Software platform during its transition from RedE to our Driivz-powered system. Our focus is on operational support, coordination, and execution to ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about platform performance.
