Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a high-reliability aerospace manufacturing environment
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Capable of writing and reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102
- Strong knowledge of various inspection tools and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Skilled in developing quality standards and procedures, and training staff on their implementation
- Familiarity with industry quality management standards such as AS9100/ISO 9001 and technical standards like J-STD-001/IPC-610
- Understanding of statistical methods and their application in quality control
- Trained in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools

- Conduct trend analyses and initiate investigations into root causes of quality issues
- Ensure adherence to program and project quality specifications
- Design and implement inspection and testing methods, techniques, equipment, and facilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related issues with both suppliers and customers
- Guide and provide direction to inspection teams
