Requirements

Must:
- Ability to learn basic component identification skills. - Capability to execute simple tasks utilizing work instructions. - Proficiency in performing routine mechanical assembly operations with fixtures and tools. - Competence in reading and adhering to detailed assembly instructions. - Skills aligned with General Requirements of Team Members. - Strong focus on quality with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent hand-eye coordination. - Knowledge of hand soldering (preferred). - Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity (preferred). - Proficient in using tools and testing devices (preferred). - High level of accuracy and attention to detail (preferred). - Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, or other electronic certifications (preferred).

Technologies

Responsibilities

- Perform hand soldering on various classes of assemblies, including surface mount and thru-hole components. - Execute wiring modifications and rework tasks using a microscope. - Conduct complex assembly operations as directed by the production supervisor. - Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices and components using various tools and hardware. - Operate necessary equipment to meet customer specifications. - Recognize and identify defects according to applicable workmanship standards. - Carry out verification tests according to assembly instructions. - Work independently with minimal supervision. - Rework and repair assemblies as needed. - Ensure proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in the work area. - Complete additional assignments as required.
