Must:
We seek candidates who possess the following skills and knowledge in software products and services: - Proficiency in Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VPN, SQL Server, SharePoint, Data Protection Manager, Hyper-V virtualization, Terminal Services, Cisco networking, and Check Point Firewalls. - A solid understanding of and respect for Change Control processes. - Experience working with third-party vendors and support organizations. - Familiarity with industry standards, security protocols, and disaster recovery practices. - Practical experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, complemented by strong analytical capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Active engagement in team meetings and discussions, whether conducted in person or virtually. - Leadership abilities when necessary and the capacity to convey ideas to diverse technical audiences. - Experience in documenting procedures and developing learning materials. - Self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation. - Awareness of IT industry trends and technologies that can enhance business operations. - Knowledge of industrial manufacturing networks (PLC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an IT Operations Analyst, you will take charge of: - Ensuring the availability of infrastructure meets service levels through proactive monitoring, resilient design, and effective capacity planning. - Recommending and implementing initiatives to mitigate technology lifecycle risks. - Defining and documenting processes that guarantee performant, scalable, and secure technologies comply with regulations, in collaboration with the IT compliance team. - Identifying potential risks, anticipating issues, and devising solutions for project and service delivery. - Collaborating with the Cyber Security team to identify and resolve vulnerabilities. - Developing low-level technical designs based on established frameworks. - Supporting the management of third-party suppliers and contracts. - Contributing to budget forecasting for efficient environmental management. - Participating in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management. - Evaluating technology use to ensure cost-effective solutions and supporting business cases for investments. - Collaborating with the Architect Team to align development roadmaps with organizational goals. - Acting as a consultant for IT projects, ensuring they align strategically. - Managing IT Disaster Recovery capabilities and conducting regular testing. - Keeping informed of technology trends and vendor roadmaps. - Maintaining strong relationships with technology partners and suppliers. - Contributing to operational and governance reporting. - Promoting a customer-focused approach to service delivery. - Performing any additional relevant duties as required.
