Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of systems automation and documentation
- Familiarity with SSH and Linux administration
- Knowledge of network fundamentals, including DNS and VPNs
- Experience with n8n workflow automation
- Proficient in Freshdesk or a comparable helpdesk platform
- Skills in screen recording and basic video editing using tools like Loom or OBS
- Basic knowledge of Git, Python scripting, and APIs/webhooks
- Understanding of MQTT/IoT technologies or industrial control systems
Responsibilities
- Manage the Freshdesk support queue effectively, diagnosing, responding to, and resolving queries
- Oversee new customer onboarding from contract signing to full platform integration
- Conduct weekly check-in calls with new clients to enhance platform adoption
- Develop customer-facing explainer videos and instructional guides
- Create and maintain Metabase reports to monitor customer engagement
- Optimize and expand n8n automation workflows to enhance efficiency
- Write test cases and validate features during software releases
- Document operational procedures to facilitate customer and team self-service
