Requirements
Must:
- Proven IT expertise in system integration and onboarding processes
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with AI platforms and their implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process of Heidi and other AI platforms into our EMR system
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth and effective integration
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the onboarding phase
- Provide technical support and training as needed
- Maintain documentation related to system integrations and processes
Description
At Surrey Eye Care Center, we pride ourselves on being a dedicated Ophthalmology practice that prioritizes exceptional care and comprehensive testing services. We nurture a compassionate and professional atmosphere for both our patients and staff. We are currently looking for an Onboarding IT Specialist on a contract basis to assist with integrating AI platforms into our existing systems. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate starting at $30.00 per hour. Our location provides convenient on-site parking.
