Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)
- Over 7 years of product management experience, specifically delivering excellence in mobile applications
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps and enhance feature performance using data and user feedback
- Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams towards ambitious mobile app goals
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, including iOS and Android technologies and user behaviors
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and prototyping
- Expertise in analytics tools, A/B testing, and app store optimization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and contemporary mobile app development practices
Responsibilities
- Own and drive specific features or initiatives within the app, ensuring alignment with broader business and app strategies
- Manage and refine the apps roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely and effective feature delivery that boosts user outcomes and meets business goals
- Take responsibility for product feature performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and achieving measurable results
- Gain a deep understanding of user needs and use cases to address key challenges and enhance feature effectiveness, collaborating with marketing and insights teams to create feedback loops for strategy improvement
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to execute high-impact projects while ensuring goal alignment and timely delivery
- Analyze user behavior and app performance data to guide prioritization and decision-making, validating solutions through prototypes, user testing, and A/B experiments
- Act as a hands-on product expert and mentor within our organization, sharing insights and best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality
