Description
As a member of our Dorney Park team, you will assist with network administration and leverage your expertise to troubleshoot a variety of issues. Your role will also involve processing user requests for reports and addressing any inquiries from users. You will install, support, and upgrade computer hardware and software, with experience in supporting servers, storage systems, network equipment, and PCs or notebooks from reputable brands such as HPE, Dell, and IBM. Additionally, you will provide on-site IT field support, encompassing installation, servicing, and repair of computer systems and equipment.
