Systems Integration Engineer - Evolved Strategic System

- Develop and execute integration strategies and processes for satellite communication systems and components, managing technical baselines across stakeholders - Analyze system requirements to define and verify the technical baseline - Apply Digital Engineering techniques and modeling methods (e.g., Digital twins) to enhance integration and testing activities - Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to address customer requirement gaps and facilitate major reviews and associated meetings - Lead and assist in Government/Contractor Working Group sessions by preparing briefings, guiding discussions, and documenting minutes to tackle risks, issues, and action items - Evaluate proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts on enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder integration issues - Propose and implement diverse solutions to various integration challenges, managing timelines and overall product delivery - Oversee the review of program documents by crafting comments, aggregating feedback, and working with contractors to resolve issues - Act as a subject matter expert on technical challenges and prepare briefings for U.S. Space Force program office personnel and other stakeholders, offering courses of action to assist Government decisions - Aid in managing risks, issues, interdependencies, and identifying scheduling conflicts, developing action plans for resolution, and supporting the Government in executing selected solutions
