Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in professional software development

- SQL Server
- Ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing or developing EHR or healthcare software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to identify and overcome obstacles to progress
Education:
- Required: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Masters degree in a relevant field
Certifications:
- Preferred: MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development
- Other relevant software engineering certifications
Years of Experience:
- 6+ years of professional software development
- 3+ years of direct experience in web application development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for our products
- Improve existing product features, create new modules, and assist in new product development
- Engage in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and swift issue resolution
- Mentor junior developers by imparting technical knowledge and best practices
- Act as the primary development contact for one or more projects
- Follow established development and documentation standards
- Provide timely technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, version notes, and user guides
- Communicate effectively across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client requirements
