Requirements
Must:
- Strong ability and determination to address performance issues to the point of recommending solutions
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, or SoapUI
- At least 1 year of experience in developing utilities/tools/frameworks using C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Minimum of 1 years experience with SQL/NoSQL for generating data for performance assessments
- At least 1 year of experience with application monitoring tools like SiteScope, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Background in algorithms, data structures, complexity evaluation, and software design
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform Products and Amazon Web Services
- Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle
- Willingness to learn new software as necessary
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts in a organized and prioritized manner as directed by the QA Manager, Director, and Product Line Director
- Coordinate and arrange performance testing and verification of assigned products to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software to clients
- Engage in performance status meetings with team members and leadership
- Understand basic workflows of products assigned for performance testing
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Provide weekly performance metrics to management
- Modify timelines and requests based on project resource allocations
- Oversee the verification of product performance
