Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar capacity
- Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and IT components
- Strong grasp of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise with current network protocols, operating systems, and standards
- Conduct thorough diagnostics using tools to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Efficiently collaborate with support vendors to address problems related to client equipment and software
- Identify and implement necessary software updates, including the removal of outdated programs while ensuring all applications operate as expected
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guidelines
- Detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Skillfully handle tools, components, and peripheral accessories
- Address any challenges related to Windows, Microsoft Office, Ethernet cabling, basic multimedia systems, and email applications
