Requirements
Must:
- An associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, or currently enrolled in these programs at an accredited institution.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Writer or in a comparable technical role.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to interpret complex technical ideas and present them in clear, concise, user-friendly documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various documentation tools.
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Work alongside teams across various departments to gather and comprehend their documentation requirements.

- Collaborate closely with project teams to gather product information and produce relevant content.
- Translate complex technical terms into accessible language to enhance user understanding.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of documents to accurately reflect any changes in processes.
