Requirements

Must:
- U.S. Citizenship required to fulfill DoD mandates - Level 1: Associates degree with limited experience or high school diploma with 1 to 4 years of experience - Basic comprehension of equipment relevant to the role - Level 2: Bachelors degree in a technical field with limited experience or Associates degree in a technical field and 2 to 5 years of related experience - General knowledge of related equipment, processes, or systems - Proficiency in audiovisual technology, mobile devices, telecommunications, and videoconferencing - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Effective time management skills to manage several incident tickets simultaneously - Adaptability to operate in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment - Capacity to articulate technical information clearly to customers - Quick decision-making skills to avoid impacts on business or production - Well-honed IT troubleshooting and customer service expertise

Responsibilities

- Schedule and set up conference room equipment for teleconferencing - Manage video teleconference meetings across various rooms - Complete necessary documentation to open and close classified conference rooms - Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, remote access, or in person - Address and resolve customer queries and issues - Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support when necessary - Utilize service management tools for documentation of tasks and updates - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal software, hardware, procedures, and policies - Employ technical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues - Provide guidance to end users on tools and equipment usage - Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity problems using technical competencies - Support emergent issues and unexpected requests dynamically as new technology is introduced
