Requirements
Must:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and general CRM concepts
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, among other technologies
- Participate in Salesforce implementation projects within Sales and Service clouds, including CPQ
- Implement complex business logic and workflows to streamline processes and improve user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications
- Develop data migration strategies for seamless data transfer between systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development best practices and technologies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Work alongside Product Owners and project teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Update documentation on Salesforce configurations and provide training to team members
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases and assess their impacts on existing solutions
- Identify opportunities for enhancements within the Salesforce platform
