Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Management, or a related IT field
- Extensive knowledge of application development best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proven Full Stack Developer experience or equivalent role
- 5-7 years of web development expertise utilizing .NET, C#, and Angular
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular framework in manufacturing or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience applying UX design principles
- Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs
- Experience in responsive design, Bootstrap, Typescript, and modern frontend programming
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prepared to discuss examples of production support, integrations, and go-live experiences
- Up to 15% travel may be required based on project needs
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive manufacturing solutions using .NET and Angular, with a focus on tailored Siemens Opcenter Execution solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to create and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration of databases and services
- Produce clean, efficient, and scalable code, engage in code reviews, and actively participate in constructive feedback sessions with peers
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing software solutions, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Acquire a deep understanding of the MES system and its integration with various applications and equipment for comprehensive plant solutions
- Execute and document unit, integration, and system tests to ensure the reliability of the software
- Document code, APIs, and system architectures for clarity and future maintainability
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies, contributing to efforts in continuous integration, deployment, and automation
