Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, with 7+ years preferred.
- Proven expertise in implementing industry standards like ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, HITRUST, and FedRAMP Information Security standards, along with ISO 22301 Business Continuity Standard.
- Familiarity with the use of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) toolsets.
- Must hold a CISSP certification (or equivalent) and have knowledge of national and international regulatory frameworks such as ISO, SOX, BASEL II, EU DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Capability to influence standards and policies for emerging technologies like AI, quantum computing, and cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain security guidance documentation, including various standards and frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive architecture reviews of products and platforms, with a focus on consumer identity solutions.
- Engage in cybersecurity threat modeling and prepare findings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor compliance with risk-based and regulatory cybersecurity requirements for individual products.
- Collaborate closely with product designers and developers to integrate security considerations early in the design phase.
- Validate security measures of product software supply chains and deployment processes.
- Formulate risk mitigation strategies and suggest suitable security controls.
- Assess and prioritize product security risks through detailed evaluations of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing product cybersecurity controls.
- Identify and convey trends in cyber risk effectively.
- Ensure risk management plans are well-documented, actionable, and truly represent the organizations tolerance for risk.
- Monitor compliance with established vulnerability remediation Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in governance forums, architecture reviews, and technical discussions as a representative of Product Cybersecurity.
