Requirements
Must:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methods
- Proficient in Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory, DNS, MS Exchange, and VOIP technologies
- Understanding of networking components including firewalls, modems, routers, servers, and thin clients
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with our network structure, suggest improvements, and implement approved changes
- Oversee the support of computer systems, including user account upkeep and data backup
- Offer technical training and assistance to both onsite and remote users
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Address help requests submitted by end-users
- Log, track, and document issues along with their resolutions
- Resolve hardware and network connectivity challenges
- Implement patches and updates promptly
- Install new hardware and network devices
- Supervise network and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Assess usage and server operational efficiency
- Document system changes and carry out log analysis
- Provide initial responses to client inquiries regarding security protocols
- Collaborate with external vendors supporting our operations
