Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in creating custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including API integrations and Lightning Flows.
- Knowledge of Gearset and Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall development methodologies.
- Understanding of B2B eCommerce and community websites.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforces core features and products including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts, emphasizing catalog structure, pricing, promotions, and buyer account management.
- Create and customize Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), while connecting with external systems via APIs.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure smooth integration of solution components and address any technical dependencies.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and resolve complex issues to uphold high software quality standards.
- Work alongside business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define eCommerce requirements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies, providing insights on architecture and technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior engineers, nurturing their technical development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce applications, producing thorough documentation for design, testing, and programming tasks.
- Guarantee compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and industry standards in all development endeavors.
