QA Lead - Automation Testing

- Act as the Program QA Lead for multiple large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives - Create and implement comprehensive QA strategies, standards, and test frameworks across projects - Provide direct leadership for testing activities, including developing test plans, test cases, and managing defects - Mentor and guide multiple QA Analysts while managing individual workstreams and participating in active testing - Oversee vendor-led testing efforts to ensure compliance with program standards and integration requirements - Develop and maintain QA schedules, testing dependencies, and risk mitigation plans across projects - Execute manual test scenarios and conduct regression, functional, and integration testing for various solutions - Support configuration management and release controls, ensuring proper documentation throughout the QA lifecycle - Define and monitor QA performance metrics such as defect density, coverage, and release readiness criteria - Collaborate with program management, business analysts, developers, and vendors to prioritize defect resolution and testing scope - Provide governance and oversight for QA activities throughout all project phases - Mentor team members in QA best practices to ensure consistent quality across initiatives
