Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant industry experience with increasing responsibility.
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, focusing on strategic planning and technical oversight.
- Expertise in technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, Postgres, SQL Server, and microservices architecture.
- Strong skills in software design and development, including data modeling, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
- Exceptional communication abilities, prioritizing confidentiality and tact.
Responsibilities
- Estimate project timelines, evaluate risks, and create necessary prototypes.
- Design and supervise the implementation of technical solutions for the scrum team.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to support product releases.
- Maintain and promote industry best practices within the team.
- Work closely with the Solutions Architecture team to ensure alignment on projects.
